PRICING POLICY

Prices are in euros and per week. The beginning day of the week is Sunday.
Contact us in case of changing the start day.
Minimum stay one week or based on availability.
The rent for each villa based on completeness is for 2-4 people.
For a 5th person there is a fee of 12 euros per night on request.
Prices include all taxes, cleaning service, linen change(once a week, including the day change)
the pool cleaning and internet.
To guarantee the reservation 50% of the amount of the agreed period must be paid as a deposit and the remaining 50% must be paid by the first day of the stay.
If cancelled up to 30 days before the 80% of the deposit is lost. For cancellations from 30 to 90 days prior to the beginning of stay 50% of the deposit is lost. For cancellations from 91 days or more before the beginning of the stay the deposit is refunded to the customer at their expense.
